This advertising agency was running a large operation providing screen-printed, flock-printed, woven, and embroidered products to their clients. However, they were sourcing services and products from 3 different companies. This meant that one order needed to be transported from one source company to another only to complete small details.
This was time- and cost-inefficient and caused the company to receive negative reviews related to delivery. The agency was looking for an integral, coordinated solution to minimize logistical issues and delivery times.
Not only did we offer all services in just one place, but we also provided delivery and storage to simplify the process. Even more – we came up with an improvement for an important product. Instead of embroidered patches to be sewn on clothing, we suggested our weaving service to reduce costs and craft more convenient patches that can be ironed onto textiles.
Today, we have a solid partnership. We have increased our operating capacity and the advertising agency has lowered its order fulfillment time by one-third, to much of their clients’ satisfaction.
