It always depends on the volume and complexity of the order. Unless it’s an unusually large order, we complete the order in less than 2 weeks.
It depends on the product:
- for woven labels, the minimum order is 1000 units; order of woven emblems starts at 50 units,
- for screen printing, the minimum of 30 units,
- for flock printing, the minimum is 30 units,
- for embroidery, 50 units.
We can also accommodate lower quantities, but the price will be nearly the same as for the minimum volume. The reason: each specific product needs its own stencil (in the case of screen and flock printed items) or computer program (weaving and embroidery). We also set up the machines to suit the requirements of the project. Furthermore, our specialized industrial machinery cannot produce very small batches – we always manufacture a standard amount, even when a client places a smaller order.
We offer straight cut, end fold, center fold, and mitre fold options for our woven labels. For more detailed information, read our label cutting and folding specifications.
Unfortunately, no price list covers all options. We take into account the individual factors making up your unique order: the specific model, number of colors, complexity, size, quantity, and more.
We determine the price for less complex designs (like woven labels, woven emblems, woven adhesive patches, etc.) taking into account the number of colors and the item size (in cm2).
We determine the price for screen printing and flock printing by considering the number of colors and the image size (A3-A4). Embroidery prices are calculated only by stitches. One thousand stitches cost between 0,40 and 0,80 Euros.
Feel free to contact us with details of your project and we will quote an accurate price.
We only use sustainable, eco-friendly, water-based inks made by CHT (Switzerland) and Magna Colours (United Kingdom).
Which option suits the design best is always our client’s choice. Woven emblems, patches, and other products can be manufactured in either way.
The main difference is that all sew-on woven products have hemmed edges, while adhesive products have a layer of glue on the back. Adhesive woven products are more convenient, as they can be applied to textiles quickly. They are also slightly cheaper. However, sewed-on products are more durable, remain attached to the fabric longer, and look more flexible.
Our woven and embroidered products can also be made with Velcro backing for easy on-off application. Hook and loop fasteners are a practical and convenient way to complete your design.
It depends on what effect you are looking for. Both have their advantages when it comes to practicality and aesthetics.
Embroidered emblems and patches are stitched more densely and showcase a heavier embroidery thread. These threads make them feel thicker, look elevated and three-dimensional. This is a good option if you don’t have a lot of text or small details in your design and would like the classic look of an embroidered patch.
On the other hand, the weave of a woven emblem or patch is crafted with much thinner threads. These allow for a tighter weave and more intricate detail in the artwork. These threads also provide cleaner lines and a flatter appearance, similar to a printed look. The patch is overall more streamlined and thinner. Unlike embroidered emblems or patches, woven items can be placed both on the inside or the outside of clothes without feeling bulky and uncomfortable. The thinner threads make woven emblems and patches more flexible and versatile.
